Course Description

The Office of the CGPDTM or IPO under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry conducts Indian Patent Agent Examination.

A Patent Agent is a Professional who successfully cleared the Indian Patent Agent Examination and has received the registration certificate from Indian Patent Office and is qualified to work for researchers and inventors to help them protect their inventions through Patents under the guidelines issued by Patent Office.

Eligiblility Criteria:

A. Citizenship of India,
B. Above the age of 21 years &
C. Must be a graduate (minimum eligible qualification) in science, engineering or technology
